Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily care of the county jail and all inmates; recording all inmate files, paperwork, and documents; searching all inmates entering the jail facility; inmate booking procedures, photographing, finger printing, searching, along with cash and property inventory. And other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
To qualify for the position of Corrections Officer, you must have completed FTO training for Corrections Officer and Jail Management training through the Nebraska Law Enforcement Training Center within twelve (12) months of hire.
