Trust Operations Specialist
Responsibilities
The Trust Operations Specialist will assist in all aspects of accounting functions for the Trust Department that include receiving and posting income and payment of Trust taxes and real estate taxes. This also includes (but not limited to) assisting with set-up and implementation of online account access for customers, serving as liaison for registrar paying agent services, and assist in all areas of Securities Safekeeping for Correspondent Banks. Will prepare monthly reports, assist with all aspects of settling trades and escrow processing.
Qualifications
Working knowledge and understanding of general accounting practices is preferred. Experience with personal computers and Microsoft Office products with a focus in excel. Must be accurate and detail oriented. Ability to interact effectively with customers, co-workers and management. Ability to work in a team atmosphere and independently. Ability to deliver unmatched customer service and exhibit the core values of Cornerstone Bank. Working knowledge of Quick Books is a plus.
